Barrie Di Castri
Executive VP, CFO, Director
Mr. Di Castri is President of San Pedro Stone Inc. He was one of the original founding partners in 1992 and has been a director since 1995. He was actively involved in the development of the Black Gold claims and taking the Company public in 1995. Mr. Di Castri has 35 years experience in management, marketing and sales, 18 years of which have been in the field of industrial minerals including: quarrying, processing and marketing stone product.
Greg Burnett
Director Mr. Burnett has been a director of Garibaldi Resources since its inception in 1993. He is the President of Carob Management Ltd., a private management consulting company, specializing in providing due diligence services, developing business plans, and structuring/managing various venture capital projects. Mr. Burnett is an active member of the investment community, both in the United States and Canada, and has structured several successful technology, mining, and oil and gas mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Burnett currently serves on the board of directors of four publicly listed resource companies. He obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in 1986 and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences Degree in Civil Engineering in 1984 from the University of British Columbia.
Mark T. Brown
Director Mark Brown is president and director of Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Pacific Opportunity is a financial consulting and merchant banking firm active in venture capital markets in North America. Mr. Brown is also an officer and director of a number of public and private companies, including Ameriplas Holdings Ltd., Rare Element Resources Ltd., Sutter Gold Mining Co., and Crosshair Mining & Exploration Ltd. His corporate activities include transactions, financings and corporate financial planning. Prior to joining Pacific Opportunity, Mr. Brown’s background included managing financial departments of two TSE 300 mining corporations: Eldorado Gold and Miramar Mining. Mr. Brown has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and became a Chartered Accountant while with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. |
