    VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 25, 2008) - Geodex Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:GXM)(FRANKFURT:G2W) (the 'Company') is pleased to announce assay results from the 2007 and early 2008 diamond drilling program on its Mount Pleasant West (MPW) project in southwestern New Brunswick. Along with the development program at its Sisson Brook tungsten-molybdenum-copper project north of Fredericton (see the recent News Release of June 5, 2008), the richly-endowed MPW area surrounding the former Mount Pleasant mine has been a major focus of the Company.     New Geodex Resource Model increases Sisson Brook Tungsten-Molybdenum-Copper deposit to 243.9 million tonnes ‘Measured and Indicated’ and 154.4 million tonnes ‘Inferred’.
    Geodex Minerals Ltd., (the ‘Company’) is pleased to report receipt of an updated resource estimate for its Sisson Brook deposit, located north of Fredericton, New Brunswick. This resource estimate confirms the expanding size of the resource in Zone III and for the first time places a proportion of the resource in the much more reliable ‘Measured and Indicated’ categories. As in previous resource estimates, this study was independently prepared by Mercator Geological Services Limited (Mercator) of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia under supervision of Mr. Michael Cullen, P. Geo. and Mercator staff Geologist Mr. Matthew Harrington. Mr. Cullen is a ‘Qualified Person’ as defined under National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101).     VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 25, 2008) - Geodex Minerals Ltd. ('the Company') (TSX VENTURE:GXM)(FRANKFURT:G2W) is pleased to report assay results from four more holes (SB-07-61, 64, 66 and 67) in the newly-discovered East Flank zone at Sisson Brook. This new zone was located during the 2007 drill program and lies at the eastern margin of Zone III which was the subject of resource estimates released in News Releases of March 28, 2007 and October 17, 2007. The discovery hole in this zone, SB-07-53, featured an impressive 85.5 m interval of 0.305% Mo and 0.80% WO3. Neither this hole nor subsequent releases of East Flank holes (see News Release of January 10th, 2008) were included in the Sisson Brook 'Preliminary Economic Assessment' which was filed on SEDAR and summarized in a News Release of November 16, 2007.     Geodex Announces Private Placement Closing
    Geodex Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V:GXM), (“Geodex”) announces that it has received final TSX Venture Exchange approval for its non-brokered private placement announced on December 7, 2007. The private placement has closed and consisted of 1,479,567 units at a price of $1.15 per unit for total proceeds of $1,701,502. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one half share purchase warrant to purchase one additional common share at $1.65 per share for one year following closing of the private placement. Geodex may force conversion of the outstanding warrants on 30 days notice to the warrant holders in the event Geodex’s shares close at a trading price of $2.00 or greater for 10 consecutive trading days.     The Nashwaak River property (“the property”) is the subject of an Option Agreement recently concluded between Geodex Minerals (‘the company’) and two private companies based in New Brunswick. The property is composed of three separate claim blocks (total of 100 claims) located 5 km to the west of the main Sisson Brook property where development work is now taking place. More >>>

    Non Brokered Private Placement
    Geodex Minerals Ltd. ("Geodex") announces that it has accepted private placement subscriptions for 1,479,370 units at $1.15 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one half share purchase warrant. One full warrant is required to purchase one additional common share of Geodex at $1.65 for one year following closing. Geodex may force conversion of the outstanding warrants on 30 days notice to the warrant holders in the event Geodex's shares close at a trading price of $2.00 or greater for 10 consecutive trading days. Cash proceeds from the private placement of $1,701,275.00 will be used to fund ongoing mineral exploration activities and for working capital. Commissions in the amount of $20,577.50cdn and 17,850 warrants were paid to third parties who assisted in placing a portion of the private placement. More >>>

    Geodex Closes Acquisition of Controlling Interest in Champlain Resources Inc.
    Geodex Minerals Ltd. (“Geodex”) announces that it has received final TSX Venture Exchange approval for its acquisition of a 53% controlling interest in Champlain Resources Inc. (“Champlain”), a private Nova Scotia-based company. Geodex has paid $4,164,250 cash and 550,000 common shares for its controlling interest in Champlain and the transaction was closed on December 21, 2007 with the delivery of the purchase proceeds to Champlain shareholders. Champlain’s principal asset is a 30% carried interest in Geodex’s Sisson Brook Property located in Nova Scotia. Geodex already holds a full 70% working interest in the Sisson Brook Property.
