Network Explores "La Blanca" Gold Target at Caldera

Vancouver, British Columbia: Network Exploration Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX.V: NET) announces the completion of an exploration program at the La Blanca mine, a historical gold producing mine located on the Company’s Caldera Property in Northern Chile.

The Company’s exploration team, led by Marco Fernandez-Concha, has recently completed a sampling program of La Blanca mine workings on the Caldera Property. The mine is located in the southwest portion of the company’s claims and is the largest of 150 workings in the area. Other gold workings are small and concentrate on exposing and sampling quartz veins while La Blanca is a series of underground workings totaling approximately 200 meters that has mined a portion of silica breccia stockwork in a quartz-sericite altered andesite. On surface, the stockwork is elliptically shaped with dimensions of 100m x 300m.

The gold showings in the area are several hundred meters southwest of the exposed contact of the intrusive complex which hosts the copper mineralization recently reported by Network. La Blanca mine is also along strike with the northeast trending structure and the gold placer workings located centrally to the intrusive complex.

Fernandez-Concha and his team took 30 two meter channel samples along the walls of the underground workings at three levels. Where possible, samples were continuous.

Samples were submitted to the ALS Chemex laboratory in La Serena where they will be assayed for gold using a 50 gram fire assay and by ICP for 36 elements. Assays are expected shortly.

Network is excited about the gold potential, not only of La Blanca mine, but of the large area of surface exposure of quartz veins and the shear zone which bisects the property and hosts placer workings. Part of the next phase of exploration will be to develop these targets further and to drill where appropriate.

The field program is managed by Señor Marco Fernandez Concha, an experienced South American geologist. This press release has been approved by Ken Thorsen, a director of the Company and the Company’s Qualified Person.
