Ellis Martin, President and CEO of Sol Media International Ltd, created The Opportunity Show in 1999 as a successful terrestrial radio resource for small and mid-cap public companies seeking to vastly expand their shareholder base as they in turn grow their companies. The Opportunity Show airs throughout North America and is currently positioned for expansion into Europe, Australia and Asia. Prior to that he served as Senior Vice President for the Phoenix Media Group in Burbank, California, Station Manager for WHB-AM in Kansas City, Missouri, Instructor/Lecturer for the Academy of Radio Broadcasting in Huntington Beach, California and a variety of broadcasting positions across the US.
Mr. Martin has been an entrepreneur with interests in media, entertainment and financial concerns since 1978.
Bill Blanck, VP Sales and Marketing
Bill Blanck joins The Opportunity Show as a media marketing professional spanning a 35 year career. He started out as a radio on-air personality in 1971 which led to sales management in both radio and television. In 1986, Mr. Blanck opened a full-service advertising, marketing, and public relations agency highlighted by numerous award-winning campaign strategies and recurring clientele. Since 2002, Mr. Blanck has served private and public corporations worldwide as a media marketing consultant, focusing on current trends in internet marketing, media integration, web site development, and strategic communications.
J.C. Pierre Bourbonnais, Director of International Business Development
J.C. Pierre Bourbonnais joins The Opportunity Show with over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Mr. Bourbonnais’ broad exposure to a wide range of business activities includes experience in sales, marketing, management and development of training programs. He is an award winning sales and marketing executive who has significantly increased profits for several public and private corporations.
Tim McLaughlin, Host and Producer
Tim McLaughlin’s radio career spans four decades. He’s been on the air in a number of capacities on stations in New Hampshire, Albuquerque, Tampa, and is currently news director for one of the top-rated stations in Denver, Colorado. In addition, Mr. McLaughlin is the President of Timberline Media, Inc., a full-service media production company, and he’s the president of Voiceovers by Tim McLaughlin. As a voiceover artist his clients include Qwest, Denver Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau, SAP, HP, Teletech, First Data Corporation, T-Mobile, and IBM.

Bob Lange, the recipient of over 15 Telly and Communicator awards joins The Opportunity Show and Sol Media as producer for its television production division. Lange will assist CEO Ellis Martin in developing and producing visual telemedia as a venue for small and mid-cap public companies seeking additional exposure to both institutional and retail investors in search of potential opportunities in emerging markets. During his 30 years of leadership in teleproduction, Lange produced hundreds of TV and radio ads for the GMC Truck national agency (CE), Buick, Pontiac and Chevrolet Dealer Groups. Lange has also produced internationally successful music videos, and has won a regional ADDY. Born Robert John Lange in Philadelphia PA, he has studied at the University of New Mexico as well as the College of Santa Fe, The Sony Institute, The International Film and Video Workshops at Rockport College, as well as under the mentorship of many industry leaders in teleproduction, including voting members of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Lange is listed in Whos Who in Media & Communications.
Mirza Santillan, Director of Operations
Mirza Santillan joins The Opportunity Show with over 10 years of experience in management and administration. Her experience in a law firm as a certified paralegal where her strong work ethic, fluency in Spanish and keen attention to detail lead to a position as a law office manager and administrator. As a law office manger she supervised and managed clients and assisted in the overall smooth daily operation of the firm business. Her broad exposure to a wide range of business activities includes experience in negotiation, development, interpreting and marketing.
